immense warmth is sensed
under the furry wings
after an exhausting flight
with food in it’s beak
by fondness cuddled the young ones
feeding and nurturing
shielding from the seekers
with prodigious tenderness
soon will teach to spread their wings
to flutter spontaneously shorn of attachment
and conquer the realm!!
