A-Z Challenge 2016 |
Walking down the by lanes
Of lost times
Footsteps found the path
Into the woods
Sitting under an old tree
Thoughts unfold
Spreading their wings
Showing colours
Bringing smiles from within
Life is Beautiful

DeleteDad tells me stories about chasing his friends around trees in summer. We just have access to parks with limited freedom and trees.
ReplyDeleteYes that's so sad for our kids now.. they do not open spaces to run around and have fun like we used to have..
DeleteWe had a huge tamarind tree in our garden and we used to have swings tied to it and play, chat and spend time in the evenings there. Your poem brought back that memory to me.
