I remember the footprints of

A dove on the wet sand

Bringing smile to my eyes

Stirring emotions deep inside .

I remember the handprints of

My daughter on the wall

Brightening the room décor

Long after she has outgrown them.

I remember the fingerprints of

A cat on the glass pane

One winter evening trying

To find warmth somewhere.

From past and present

Embedded deep

Imprints of incidences

On soul makes me complete.
