Winter Rains

Washed up in winter rains

Petunia, Pansy and Zinnias

Smiling swaying valiantly

Enjoying contentedly

Splashed up by morning rain

Garden greens beaming

With soaring high heads

Glistening portentously

Smeared with dew drops

Daylight peeped mystically

Filling in with all its pride

Blushing as a new bride

Streaked with the chill

Warm breath radiated

Pleasing the senses

Dissolving in winter rains.
