Celebrations

Picture Prompt (picture courtesy Sanch Vee)

Reflecting sunrays
Falls on memories
The carefree days
Childhood fun
Swinging freely
Playing in the park
Laughing at every bit

Dazzling moonlight
Bathe in reminiscence
Cheerful evenings sparkle
With ‘Hide and seek’ game
Enjoying the birds
Hopping in the greens
Living every moment

  2. I haven't swung on a swing like this in decades - I'm thinking of stopping by a playground sometime and seeing if I still know how!

  5. Lovely words...we truly lived in the moment as kids. Not worrying about the future, no regrets about the past. We need to remember that!

  8. I am finding your blog for the first time on the Summer Road Trip. I like the incentive to keep finding new bloggers. Looks like you are taking some time off from posting. April can do that to a blogger. This June I have been writing a series of posts of summertimes when we were growing up. Let me know what you think if you have time to drive by.
