Creating Healing Hearts

Day 5

Colours spread on the canvas silently

Like a striking veil, falls radiantly

Creating intricate zigzag pattern

Creasing gentle piece of satin

Yellow, blue and greens sparkles

Smile on her aesthetic lip crackles

Intoxicating aroma surround

Hidden happiness came around

Is it the right time to move on?

Or wait for other patterns to adorn

Colours spread on the canvas silently

Like a striking veil, falls radiantly

Creating intricate zigzag pattern

Creasing gentle piece of satin

Bleeding heart breaks the barrier

It’s time to forgive the hauler

Healing starts its magical miracle

Soul stretches to its pinnacle

Path to different journey enfolds

Natural emotion now demoulds

Wavering abrasions rectify it-self

Therapeutic mood creates self

Colours spread on the canvas silently

Like a striking veil, falls radiantly.

Yellow, blue and greens sparkles

Smile on her aesthetic lip crackles

Mellowing of cheerful heart trails

Adverse thoughts are far on sail

Garden flowers beamed bright

Heightened senses are a delight

Timeworn pallet sits silently on ground

Green vines have entwined around

Pluck the vibrant shades from the lawn

Healing hearts are creating dawn

Colours spread on the canvas silently

Like a striking veil, falls radiantly.

Today's Prompt was

The Licentia Rhyme Form, a poetic form created by Laura Lamarca, consists of at least 3 12-line stanzas with 11 syllables per line. Of course, the poem can be elongated adding on to the following rhyme scheme: aabbccddeeAA, BBffgghhiiAA, CCjjkkllmmAA

The Licentia Rhyme Form is named after Laura Lamarca's signature, "La" and "Licentia" which is Latin for "Freedom".

I have tried to use a difficult and new format rather than taking up the other Shape Poetry Format. It was very challenging for me to do this piece but I am satisfied with the end result.
