Trapped inside the work stations
With pictures of valleys and mountains
Leaving behind machines and files
Stepped out in the garden
Exhilarated
With great satisfaction
Felt the earth beneath the feet
Soothing greens around
Sent relaxing vibrations
Embedded consciousness
Sprouted from the parched depth
Divine feel of naked skin against
The dew bathed grass
Fragmenting the greys
Surging sunshine radiated
The insides
Aha! So this is what
We call Heaven!

There is so much in this world to enjoy and when we leave all our work behind and enjoy nature around us, it is true bliss. Great write.
